Schmidt's Home Services is a family-owned company with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. The owners, Joshua, Penny, Melody, and Gibson, founded Schmidt's after moving to Birmingham from Michigan at the end of 2019. Joshua maintains current business operations while Penny has migrated toward the technical side of things, and the children handle project review at the end of each day. The whole family takes a role in every project. While the kiddos may just be telling Mommy and Daddy if they like the final product or not, they have their role.
